It's the worst delivery service. I have been waiting for the local delivering for 4 days. It arrived to Antalya on June 1 morning. Every day I was writing to that company to know when they are going to deliver it but nobody replied and helped me out. This way I have to stay at home and wait for my parcel during 4 days. On June 4, I went to that Surat Cargo Company by myself. The manager didn't want to explain anything, he was angry and every time was telling that he is extra busy, that his computer doesn't work, that he is going to start his work "10 hours later "! Actually, I came to their office by 8.30 am, that is the official start of working day at that company. Nobody wants to help me there. As a result , with big efforts I found in that mess of parcels and took my parcel. So, that fee for delivery service that is included to the payment which I did, actually shouldn't be taken from me! I delivered my parcel by myself!
