Almış olduğunuz ürünler müşteri memnuniyeti kapsamında ambalajı ve orijinalliğinin bozulmamış olmaması kaydı ile 14 gün içerisinde iade alınabilmektedir.
İade ürünlerde Kargo Ücreti Antenci tarafından karşılanmaktadır. Vakum ambalajlı açılan ve ürünler bu kapsam içerisinde değildir.
Çanak anten, LNB, TV Askı Aparatı, Oto Hoparlör, montajı yapıldıktan sonra iadesi alınmamaktadır.
